必須条件
経験・資格：

• 理系分野（理学または工学）の修士号以上を保有

• 機械学習ライブラリやツールの使用経験が3年以上
• チーム内および他部門との連携に必要な日本語でのコミュニケーションが可能なこと（漢字が理解できるレベル）

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in science or engineering fields
• 3+ years of experience with Python for data analysis and ML development
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning libraries and tools
• Fluent in Japanese for team and cross-functional communication

Soft Skills:

• Passion for solving complex biological challenges through data science
• Strong collaboration and technical communication skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute to interdisciplinary teams

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Conversational level or higher
