世界的な金融大手にて、セトルメントマネージャーを募集しています。本ポジションでは、外国為替（FX）、マネーマーケット商品、デリバティブ取引の決済業務を担当し、フロントからバックまでの業務全体を調整・管理します。急速に変化する国際的な環境の中で、業務効率とコンプライアンス強化を実現する戦略的な役割です。

• FX、マネーマーケット、デリバティブ商品の日次決済オペレーションのマネジメント
• 新商品の導入支援（フロント〜バック間の連携管理、導入推進など）
• チームリーダーと協力し、業務の正確かつタイムリーな実行をサポート
• トラブルや課題の解決（適宜社内各部署、外部関係者、海外拠点と連携）
• 法規制の遵守と社内統制の徹底
• 定期的な業務レビューの実施；コスト削減・業務改善・サービス品質向上に貢献すること

Join a globally recognized financial institution as a Settlement Manager and take ownership of FX, money market, and derivatives settlements. This strategic role ensures smooth front-to-back coordination across functions and focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Manage daily settlement operations for FX, money market, and derivatives products.

• Lead implementation of new products and ensure end-to-end coordination across clients, front office, and back office.

• Support team leads in ensuring timely and accurate execution of operational processes.

• Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and overseas offices to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

• Maintain regulatory compliance and enforce strong internal controls.

• Conduct periodic reviews to drive cost efficiency, process improvements, and service quality enhancements.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 証券オペレーション業務（トレードサポート、決済、クライアントサービス、業務効率化など）の実務経験7年以上
• JSDA/証券外務員、または内部管理者資格
• Excel（ピボットテーブル、VLOOKUP、基本関数）

ソフトスキル：

• 業務の正確性、細部への注意力
• 問題解決能力
• 明確かつプロフェッショナルなコミュニケーション能力（日英）

語学力

• 日本語： 流暢レベル
• 英語： 中級〜ビジネスレベル

• 業務プロセスの最適化、コスト管理、チェンジマネジメントの経験
• 部門横断・グローバル環境での業務経験

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in securities operations, including trade support, settlements, client services, or operational efficiency.

Certifications:

• JSDA qualification or Internal Control Manager (内部管理者) certification required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, basic formulas).

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Clear and professional communication in both English and Japanese.

• Japanese: Fluent

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience in process optimization, cost control, and change management.
