本ポジションでは、間接材・サービス購買における調達戦略の立案と推進をリードし、コスト最適化、サプライヤー関係強化、複数ブランド間のコラボレーションを担当していただきます。情熱的かつ先進的なチームと共に、日本における購買エクセレンスの実現を目指します。

• 間接材・サービスの調達業務全般（RFQから契約締結まで）
• コスト分析を実施し、バリュー創出および効率化の機会を特定
• 入札・競争プロセスの管理および規制遵守の徹底
• サプライヤー契約の交渉およびリスク最小化に向けた条件設定
• 複数ブランドチームとの連携による購買シナジーの最大化
• サプライヤー情報、契約書、発注書の正確な管理・更新
• 社内各部門に対する購買ベストプラクティスおよびコンプライアンス指導

Join a globally respected European automotive brand as a Senior Buyer - Procurement Specialist, leading sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services. This role empowers you to drive cost optimization, enhance supplier relationships, and collaborate across premium group brands. Work with a passionate, forward-thinking team to shape procurement excellence in Japan.

• Lead end-to-end procurement for indirect goods and services-from RFQ to contract execution

• Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for value and efficiency

• Manage tender and bidding processes while ensuring regulatory compliance

• Negotiate supplier contracts to secure favorable terms and minimize risk

• Collaborate with cross-brand teams to maximize procurement synergies

• Maintain accurate supplier records, contracts, and purchase orders

• Guide internal departments on best practices and compliance in procurement

必須条件

経験・資格：

• マーケティング、IT、物流、ファシリティなどの間接購買業務経験5〜7年程度
• 戦略的ソーシング、コスト分析、入札管理の実績
• MS Officeスキル

ソフトスキル：

• 優れた交渉力、プレゼンテーション能力
• 部署横断的な連携能力、コミュニケーション・スキル
• プロアクティブかつ自立的な業務遂行能力、意思決定力
• プロジェクトマネジメントスキル

語学力

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

• 国際調達およびクロスブランド購買経験
• 不動産や非生産材購買の実務経験
• SAP MMの使用経験あれば尚可
• 調達規制やコンプライアンス対応の知識

Experience:

• 5-7 years in indirect procurement across categories such as marketing, IT, logistics, and facilities

• Strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and tender management experience

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP MM familiarity is a plus

• Deep knowledge of procurement regulations and vendor compliance procedures

Soft Skills:

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional communication abilities

• Proactive mindset, self-starter, with solid decision-making and project management skills

• Japanese: Fluent

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Background in international sourcing and cross-brand procurement

• Experience purchasing real estate services or non-production materials
