• 部門からのリクエストに応じたデータベースの運用・管理
• 他部署との連携による要件ヒアリングと調整

• Administer and operate databases, responding to departmental requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements
• Define project scope and monitor progress in alignment with business goals
• Develop and maintain databases using MS-SQL and Oracle
• Propose solutions to reduce downtime and improve system performance

必須条件
経験・資格：

• SQL、Oracle、または類似データベース技術の実務経験3年以上

テクニカルスキル：

• MS-SQL、Oracle、MySQL
• BashやJavaScriptなどスクリプト言語

語学力：

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：基礎レベル（読み書きができれば尚可）

ソフトスキル：

• 主体的に課題解決へ取り組む姿勢
• 多国籍環境でのコミュニケーションスキル

• PythonまたはJavaの知識
• クラウド環境（AWSまたはAzure）での経験
• アジャイル開発経験

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with SQL, Oracle, or similar database technologies

Technical Skills:

• Professional experience with MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or JavaScript

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Basic (reading/writing is a plus)

Soft Skills:

• Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Strong communication skills to work in a multinational environment

• Knowledge of Python or Java
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
