Senior BD Manager (Specialty Chemicals – Advanced Materials)  

Our client in the specialty chemicals sector is hiring for a Senior Business Development Manager.  

This role will lead key account and drive strategic growth within the specialty chemical sector, with a strong focus on advanced materials and coating technologies.  

Ideal candidate should be capable of bridging markets across India, China, and the US, developing long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and grow strategic key accounts in the advanced materials and specialty coatings segment. 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships globally. 

• Collaborate closely with technical, commercial, and R&D teams to deliver customized solutions. 

• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategy. 

• Travel regularly between India, China, and the US to maintain customer relationships and oversee regional development activities. 

Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of experience in business development or key account management within specialty chemicals, preferably in advanced materials or coatings. 

• Proven track record of international business development and cross-cultural communication. 

• Strong understanding of the specialty chemical market landscape in Asia and North America. 

• Willingness and ability to travel frequent
