We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Overseas Sales Professional to join our team in Aichi. This role involves both domestic and international sales activities, primarily targeting the EU and US markets. The ideal candidate will play a key part in expanding global business and will be considered for a future managerial position within our globally recognized, niche-leading chemical manufacturing company.

Our client is a well-established Japanese manufacturer specializing in industrial chemical solutions with a growing global presence. Their product portfolio includes surfactants, lubricants, release agents, surface treatment chemicals, cosmetic and food additives, and coating agents-serving a wide range of industries including automotive, electronics, food, cosmetics, and construction.

Description

• Promote and sell in-house chemical products in domestic and overseas markets
• Identify and develop new customers in the EU and US regions
• Communicate with client technical teams to align on specifications and applications
• Support marketing activities related to new product development and market research
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, R&D, and production
• Occasional international and domestic travel

• Experience in sales at a chemical manufacturer or trading company
• Strong interest in international business and cross-cultural communication
• Business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Fluent level proficiency in Japanese (N1)
• Willing to work onsite in Aichi Prefecture
