Job Description
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee the repair, installation, and upkeep of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, including cost control and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related field
- Experience 10 year of Maintenance Department
- Have a management skill
- knowledge in Plastic Industry
