The Company is Japanese, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as 

Legal Staff (Workplace in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok)

Position:           Legal Staff 

Location:          Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok

Business:          Manufacturing

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Main task in legal and litigation, provide legal advice and suggest practical actions, solutions and support for corporate governance.
• Prepare, review, revise, and comment on contracts, notices, letters, and other legal documents.
• Assist in reviewing litigation documents to be used for the legal process.
• Handling and monitoring litigation related to vehicle defects, product liability, regulatory compliance and other case related to the company.
• Advising on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Protecting copyright infringement, patent violations, and trademark violations.
• Support for Corporate Governance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• This position, salary around 25,000 - 30,000 THB
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Over 2 years’ experience in Legal
• Holding Lawyer License.
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.

• Knowledge in Labor Law.

• Able to work under pressure and different culture. 

• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.

• Able to travel to work in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
