Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize relational databases for performance and uptime
• Automate database tasks using shell scripting and Git for version control
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement security best practices
• Collaborate with development teams to improve database efficiency and scale
• Support cloud-based databases across AWS, Azure, or GCP

必須要件

　経験・知識：

• データベースエンジニアまたはDBAとしての実務経験1年以上
• クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS、Azure、GCP）の基本知識
• Shellスクリプトの実装経験、Gitを用いたバージョン管理経験

ソフトスキル：

• 論理的思考力と課題解決力
• マルチタスク対応能力と円滑なコミュニケーション力

語学要件

• 日本語：基本レベルでOK
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

歓迎要件

• DBのバックアップ／リカバリ／障害対策の経験
• SQL・NoSQLの知識
• パフォーマンスチューニングおよび監視ツールの使用経験
• TerraformなどのIaC（Infrastructure as Code）ツールの知識

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

• Minimum 1 year as a Database Engineer, DBA, or in a similar technical role
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and basic cloud platform knowledge

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in shell scripting and familiarity with Git
• Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in dynamic settings

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Basic level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of backup, recovery, and DR strategies
• Experience with database performance tuning and monitoring tools
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL technologies
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
