OVERVIEW
The Company is Japanese, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as Legal Advisor (1 year contract employment after that permanent) (Workplace around BTS Thonglor, Bangkok)

Position:           Legal Advisor

Location:          BTS Thonglor, Bangkok

Business:          Trading

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 18.00 PM 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage all legal activities related to our business operations in Thailand and oversea.

• Handling Legal matters, negotiator for foreign group company oversea branches.

• Solve the problems or advice the method to solve the problem related legal, which is concerned with legal at each subsidiary company.

• Coordinate with legal outsourcing to get the advice from Lawyer.

• Review the agreement at each subsidiary’s company.

• Interpret Thai laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations and offer actionable solutions.

• Maintaining compliance with corporate governance standards.

• Legal research, stay updated on changes in Thai laws, regulations, and legal requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• This position, salary around 40,000 - 65,000 THB 

• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.

• Ability to drafting & reviewing contracts in English fluently.

• Excellent English writing skills.

• Ability to communicate in English with foreigners.

• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel

• Able to travel to work around BTS Thinglor, Bangkok
