Our client is a world leader in die-casting and CNC machining manufacturing for automotive parts, located in Amata City, Chonburi.

Position:                    QA Section Manager
Salary:                       40,000 50,000 THB / total monthly package 
Welfares:                   Position allowance, Transportation Allowance, and bonus 4 months                   
Location:                    Amatanakorn Chonburi
Working Day:             Monday to Friday (Saturday per company’s calendar)
Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team to ensure high performance and professional development.

• Develop and implement QA policies and procedures to meet organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of QA processes and systems.

• Ensure that all products and services meet quality standards before they reach customers.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any quality issues.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in quality regulations and standards.

• Prepare for and manage internal and external audits.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

• Implement best practices in quality assurance and control.

• Facilitate training and development programs related to quality.

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Production, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure quality objectives are met.

• Communicate quality issues and initiatives to senior management.

• Develop and present quality metrics and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or Industrial Technology or any in related fields.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance from automotive manufacturer, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• In-depth knowledge of Die-Casting and Machining process.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in quality assurance tools and software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
