Location: Johor Bahru town area 

Set monthly shipment schedule and make sure monthly shipment target achievement.

Prepare shipping order as customer request considering delivery schedule, inventory status, production schedule.

Check the all shipping-related documents; Invoice, packing list, BL, D/O, coil list, container load list, cert to prevent mistake.

Monitor overdue invoices to ensure the collection of the payments

Manage and grow existing customers. 

Set-up each individual customer target by monthly basic on own forecast of market trend

Attend to customers complaints. 

Min Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent. 

5 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably with experience in export sales. 

Good communication skills in English.
