当社クライアントは、日本語を話す顧客をサポートする音声専用のコンタクトセンターを設立し、日本語に堪能なサービスデスクの対応エンジニアを求めています。 責任には、迅速に着信電話に応答し、顧客の問題を理解し、正確にサービスチケットを作成し、シフトの移行をスムーズに行うことが含まれます。

Title: Level 1 Remote Deskside Support Engineer

Salary: JPY4million-JPY5.5million/year

Work Location: Tokyo/Minato-ku, Initially onsite, hybrid work after several months

Our client is establishing a voice-only contact center to support Japanese-speaking customers, seeking service desk response engineers proficient in spoken Japanese. Responsibilities include promptly answering incoming calls, understanding customer issues, creating service tickets accurately, and transitioning shifts smoothly.

言語要件：ネイティブ日本語またはJLPT N2、英語（読み書き）

応募者は、2年以上の音声サポート経験、強力な口頭コミュニケーションスキル、日本語の流暢さ、基本的な技術的適性、および良好な人間関係スキルを持っている必要があります。

仮想化製品の経験はプラスになります。

このポジションは、6ヶ月後にL1サポートエンジニアとして技術的なクエリを扱う成長の機会を提供します。

勤務地は日本で、ハイブリッドワークモードです。

2つのポジションが利用可能です。

キャリアパス - 次のレベルのレベル2サポートに進むことができます。

Language Requirement: Native Japanese Language or JLPT N2, English (reading and writing)

Candidates should have over 2 years of voice support experience, strong verbal communication skills, fluency in Japanese, and basic technical aptitude as well as good interpersonal skills.

Experience with virtualization products is a bonus.

The position offers growth opportunities to handle technical queries as an L1 support engineer after 6 months.

The work location is Japan, with a hybrid work mode.

Two positions are available. Growth path - you can move on to next level of level 2 support.
