Implementation Consultant - Accounting DX

Company Profile

• The client offers an AI-powered solution to dramatically cut down human errors and time spent in the predominantly manual accounting realm, enhancing efficiency.
• The company has been growing rapidly and is looking to hire new members in their delivery team to further assist in on-boarding new clients.

The Role

• Serve as the primary POC with clients, conducting onboarding to adaptation related projects.
• Understand precisely what challenges customers want to solve and drive projects forward in collaboration with stakeholders towards smooth implementation and stable operation.
• Work with development and sales teams to resolve various technical issues that arise until stable operation is achieved.
• Increase service utilization through continuous activities post-implementation.
• Contribute to business efficiency by accompanying customers and aim for business goals through continued usage and increased processing volume.

Your Skills

• Able to communicate in both business and development aspects.
• Experience in implementation consulting and project management for system introduction or renewal.
• Technical knowledge regarding web service provisioning and networking in cloud environments.
• Experience using REST APIs.
• Experience in system requirements definition and basic design.
• Prior experience in ERP software related to accounting is a huge plus.
• Native Japanese, English is not needed.
