主な業務内容

① ビジネス連携・PMO業務

• 各部門との情報連携・折衝

• インシデント対応や業務部門との課題解決支援

② システム設計・提案業務

• ユーザー要求の理解・整理・ドキュメント化

• 拡張性・パフォーマンス・セキュリティを考慮した設計提案

③ システム開発支援

• 新規／既存システムの改善提案

• 機能テスト、UAT支援、操作トレーニング計画

• バージョン管理・変更管理対応

④ アプリケーションサポート

• 技術的な課題解決・外部パートナーとの連携

We’re hiring a bilingual IT Business Analyst to work closely with internal users, developers, and external vendors across multiple stages of system planning and implementation. Ideal for someone with ERP and healthcare systems experience who wants to balance analysis, coordination, and development in a dynamic tech environment.

Main Responsibilities

1. Business Coordination (PMO)

• Coordinate internal project communication and support information flow

• Build strong relationships with business owners and key users

• Troubleshoot and resolve daily technical incidents

2. System Solution Design

• Translate user needs into clear system proposals

• Work with developers to enhance new and existing systems

• Support performance tuning, security checks, and scalable system design

3. System Development Support

• Propose and improve system features

• Perform testing and work with developers to resolve issues

• Assist with UAT planning and user training

• Follow change and version control processes

4. Application Support

• Resolve app-related technical issues

• Work with vendors for system improvements and user support

• Prepare user manuals and implementation documents

応募資格

• ITインフラ・DB・システム設計の基本知識

• 病院業務・手術管理システムの開発経験

• ERPプロジェクトへの参加経験

• 開発スキル（VB、MS SQL Server、ASP.NET、C#.NET、VB.NET）

• 異なるシステム間のデータ連携機能の設計・構築経験

• 社内外ユーザーへのヒアリング経験

• 日本語：流暢、英語：ビジネスレベル

• 複数タスクの同時管理、明瞭なコミュニケーションスキル

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of system design, infrastructure, and databases

• ERP and healthcare systems development experience

• Hands-on knowledge of:
  　– VB, MS SQL Server, ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET

• Data integration between systems

• Experience with user interviews and documentation

• Business-level English and fluent Japanese

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and work as a team
