IT Senior Infrastructure Specialist

【Purpose】
Monitoring IT infrastructure services, resolving incidents, and coordinating IT infrastructure projects for office and retail stores. Providing L1 and L2 support, and administering IT Infra Operations, including Service Delivery and Project Management.

[Responsibilities]
◆ Operation

• Operating, deploying, and responding to incidents related to various IT Infra services
• Coordinating with HQ & Regional IT teams to ensure system security and data integrity
• Maintaining and administering IT Infra hardware & software
• Implementing policies and procedures related to IT Infra
• Collaborating with peers, APAC/Corp IT, and vendors
• Managing the Service-Now ticket system for local IT incidents & service requests
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned ◆ Project Management (IT Infrastructure)
• Implementing projects related to networking, servers, VMware, Windows server OS, etc
• Managing tasks and preparing technical documents, including IT infrastructure documents & user guidelines

[Requirements]

• Team player with solid retail/fashion industry experience
• Higher diploma (Associate degree preferred) in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications: MC: AAA, MC: M365 Administrator, MC, CCNA or CCNP qualification a plus
• Proficient in Japanese and English, with professional working proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese/French as a plus
• At least 5 years of enterprise-class IT infrastructure experience
• At least 3 years of vendor management and coordination excellence
• Track record of successful enterprise-class IT infrastructure project rollout
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven project delivery capabilities
• Effective operation skills in multicultural environments
• Organized and independent worker
• Highly skilled at explaining technical subjects to both technical and non-technical customers
• Actively communicates with users, supervisors, and peers to facilitate understanding and share resolutions
• 5+ years of information technology experience
• Practical knowledge of Information Technology, Information Security, and Cyber Security
