【Job Description】 

＜Overview＞
The company is looking for a machine learning engineer for "amptalk," a sales enablement tool that uses AI to automatically transcribe and analyze phone calls and online business meetings. This is a product that uses AI technologies such as speech recognition and natural language processing, and you will be responsible for the development and proof of concept of machine learning models for speech and natural language.

The company adopts agile development, prioritizing functionality development based on user feedback. Close proximity to users and the business side allows you to directly receive feedback on the features you have created.

・Requirement definition, development, testing, maintenance and operation of "amptalk"
・Documentation and review of specifications and design documents
・Improvement/technical proposal in function development
・Monitoring and security improvement for stable system operation

As engineers communicate with product owners on detailed specifications, they are deeply involved in the business and have a great deal of discretion in the development process. The team is encouraged to take on any and all challenges and suggestions to improve quality and development speed, and improves the product while discussing it on a daily basis.

【Required】
・3+ years of experience in web development (server-side engineer)
・Hobby or less than 1 year of practical experience in TypeScript

・Knowledge of SOLID principles, clean architecture, and other design principles that improve software scalability and maintainability
