【JOB DESCRIPTION 】

Looking for a front-end engineer to revamp the systems that support the EC site into a modern environment!

《Recruitment Background》
The food delivery EC service "Oisix" is currently undertaking a project to revamp the web front-end, replacing the software and infrastructure used in the EC site and smartphone apps with a modern environment, aiming for a state that is both scalable and easy to maintain. They are looking for a front-end engineer to work with them on this project and build the foundations that will support Oisix's future growth.

《Department》
The FE (Front End) Services Section, inside the Systems Division, is where you will be assigned. There are currently five members on the team, many of whom have joined the company in mid-career over the past year or two. Senior members provide support during the unfamiliar period immediately after joining the company. Many of the engineers work mainly remotely, and the company also provides a remote working environment.

《Your Role》
Oisix was launched in 2000, but the system and infrastructure used for the e-commerce site has not been renewed since its launch, and development has been carried out while adding code and files. Today, Oisix has grown to a service with over 360,000 members (as of end-January 2023), but this situation limits its scalability.

Therefore, a renewal project is underway to replace the software and infrastructure that the Oisix e-commerce site has used for years with a modern one, aiming to be both scalable and maintainable.

As a member of the front-end engineering team for this project, your main responsibility will be to rearchitect the project.

【Required】
・Able to deliver robust UI using HTML and CSS
・2+ years of experience implementing modern front-end frameworks (even 2 years combined experience with multiple ・frameworks, e.g. 1 year of React, 1 year of Vue, etc.)
・Experience in using version control tools (Git)
・Experience in team development.

【Preferred】
・Experience in a series of tasks from development, testing and operations.
・Working experience and knowledge of the back-end.
