systemsGo is growing rapidly and currently seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to work at our client’s office in Tokyo.

The client is a global Medical Equipment Manufacturer which works to make healthcare ever better. The position will involve working in a friendly, work-life balance, diversity environment.

You will work with a dedicated and energetic group of multi-lingual/multi-cultural professionals in an environment with opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

1. Preferably Microsoft Gold Partner
2. Be able to conduct an in-depth assessment and analysis of all the needs and requirements / projects of GBT, Sales, Service and Marketing for our client in Japan.
3. Can provide support during Japanese standard office hours (9am to 17pm). Also to cover, Korea, China and Australia, if possible in the future.
4. Speak fluently in Japanese and English to communicate clearly with JP team and the CRM team in Swiss
5. Have experience in Sales, Service and Marketing Dynamics 365, Omnichannel, Teams Calls integration. Experience in Microsoft ERP (Finance and Operation) would also be a big win.
