• 海外での都市インフラ資金調達オプションの調査経験

A leading global consulting firm is looking for Sustainability/ESG consultants to join their Overseas Urban Development and Smart City Advisory Services

Roles/Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insights for overseas urban development and smart city initiatives, guiding both public and private clients
• Lead initiatives in smart city development, fostering Japanese businesses' global expansion
• Conduct feasibility studies for urban development ventures in Southeast Asia.
• Conduct in-depth examinations of urban infrastructure financing options in global regions

必須条件

• 投資分析、市場調査、プロジェクトオーバーサイト、コンサルティングなどの実務経験3年以上
• 企業の海外不動産開発や都市開発、スマートシティ・プロジェクトなどに関与した経験
• 英語流暢（国際プロジェクトや海外アサインメントあり）
• 日本語流暢（母国語でない場合はN1目安）

優遇条件

• 国際的なプロジェクトに関わった経験があれば尚可

Required skills

• A minimum of 3 years of professional expertise in investment analysis, market exploration, project oversight, and consultancy
• Track record of involvement in corporate initiatives related to overseas real estate development, urban advancement, and smart city endeavors in private sectors.
• Demonstrated fluency in English is mandatory due to potential international engagement and overseas assignments
• Fluent-level Japanese (N1)

Preferred skills

• Experience in contributing to international projects is advantageous
