業務内容

• 製品を導入した顧客に対するテクニカルサービス/サポートの提供
• ソリューションの実装と立ち上げ（部署横断的なチームや顧客と協力）
• 複雑な問題のトラブルシューティング、システムログの分析、A/Bテストによるパフォーマンスの最適化
• タスクとリソースの管理、顧客の要件やリクエストの優先順位の判断
• カスタムインターフェースやロジックの作成など、モバイルアプリやウェブフロントエンド開発に貢献すること
• 技術文書の作成

Roles/Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and support to customers implementing Our Client's products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers to implement and launch solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, analyze system logs, and optimize performance through A/B testing.
• Manage tasks and resources, prioritizing customer requirements and requests.
• Contribute to Mobile App and web-frontend development, creating custom interfaces and logic.
• Write technical documentation for team reference.

必須条件

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• ソリューションエンジニア、または同等の職務経験3年以上
• HTML、CSS、JavaScript、SQLがわかること

優遇条件

• モバイルアプリ、ウェブのフロントエンド開発の知識・経験あれば尚可

Required skills

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL

• Background and experience in Mobile App and web-frontend development.
