業務内容

• 重要なSAP導入において、チーム/リージョンをまとめること
• 日本/APACの経理財務、サプライチェーン、ロジスティクス、ITに焦点を当てた戦略的イニシアチブのリード
• 各地の関連部署と協業し、問題の特定・解決、エンハンスメント・インサイトの収集、ソリューションの検証、カスタマイズの実装などを行うこと
• 重要なビジネスオペレーションを適切にサポートすること（例：POS/ERP/BI/eコマースプラットフォームにまたがる売上/支払いのデータを照合し、財務の正確性・機密性を確保する）

Seeking a dynamic individual to join team as Bilingual (Japanese/English) SAP/IT Solutions Manager. Lead region-wide impact and be part of an exciting journey in innovation and growth.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Fluency in both Japanese and English at a bilingual level is a must-have requirement for this role.
• Prospective candidates should possess a valid working permit in Japan.
• Taking the helm of both the team and the region for pivotal SAP deployments.
• Leading the strategic initiatives focused on Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and IT within Japan and APAC.
• Collaborate discreetly with local business units to identify and discreetly resolve issues, gather covert enhancement insights, validate solutions, and implement necessary customizations without raising unnecessary attention.
• Extent covert yet indispensable support to critical business operations, meticulously reconciling sales and payment data across discrete systems (POS/ERP/BI/e-commerce platform), thereby ensuring the utmost confidentiality in financial accuracy.

• 日本語・英語が堪能なこと
• ピープルマネジメント経験5年以上
• SAPのシステム管理経験7年以上
• SAP SD/MM導入の実務経験5年以上
• 顧客特有の要件に対応したSAPソリューションの構築・実装能力
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験5年以上
• オーダーマネジメントシステム（OMS）ソリューションの監督経験
• 他部署とシームレスにコラボレーションをした経験・実績（サプライチェーン、倉庫管理、流通、財務、eコマースなど）
• SAPエコシステム及び各機能の複雑な相互作用に関する専門知識

優遇条件

• S/4 Hana移行プロジェクトに携わった経験があれば尚可
• ビジネスの知識・素養
• 大企業（エンタプライズ）環境での実務経験歓迎

Required skills

• Fluency in both Japanese and English at a bilingual level is a must-have requirement for this role.
• Prospective candidates should possess a valid working permit in Japan.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience to manage SAP systems.
• Having engaged in hands-on experience with a minimum of 5 years of SAP SD/MM implementations, coupled with potential exposure to S/4 Hana projects, is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in discerning, conceptualizing, crafting, and executing tailored SAP solutions to cater to the distinct requirements of the clientele.
• Possessing a minimum of 5 years of project management expertise.
• Holding apt experience in overseeing Order Management System (OMS) solutions.
• Exhibiting a track record of seamless collaboration with teams specializing in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution, Finance, and e-Commerce.
• Showcasing a profound comprehension of the intricate interplay across different functions, harmoniously integrating within the SAP ecosystem.

Preferred skills

• S/4 HANA migration project experience is a plus
• Commercial background and knowledge is highly advantageous.
• Having prior experience within a large enterprise setting is considered an additional advantage.
