■Job Overview:
You will be responsible for corporate sales of solar panels.
Candidates without prior experience in the solar power industry are also welcome to apply. Those with relevant experience will be expected to contribute immediately and take on responsibilities such as mentoring junior staff while remaining active on the front lines.

■Responsibilities:

• Propose and sell commercial solar panels to major trading companies, large electrical manufacturers, and general contractors
• Conduct proposal-based sales of residential solar panels to housing manufacturers, electrical contractors, and sales distributors
• In the future, you will also be entrusted with market analysis and business development within Japan
• This role does not involve direct sales to individual consumers

■Products:
You will handle solar modules manufactured entirely in our own factories, allowing us to offer competitive pricing through cost control.
Our products are trusted worldwide thanks to strict quality control measures, including rigorous testing and rapid response to any issues.

■Organization:

• The sales department consists of approximately 20 members across three teams
• Diverse age range from 20s to 60s
• Women make up about 45% of the team
• Approximately 50% of employees are of non-Japanese nationality

【想定年収】400万円～700万円

• 月額（基本給）：269,258円～
• 固定残業手当/月：63,472円～（固定残業時間45時間0分/月）
• 超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給
• 月給：332,730円～（一律手当を含む）
