• The development, proposal, implementation and operation of services that fuse tax and technology.

必須要件

【Manager】

• プロジェクトの立案、予算の管理、および時間管理を含むプロジェクトチームの人員配置など、プロジェクトの管理経験
• コンサルティングおよびクライアントに直接対応した経験
• 日本語または英語での書面および口頭による優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 主要な利害関係者との効果的なネゴシエーション能力
• 優れた組織力と指導力、チームワークを活かした職場環境を促進する能力
• 幅広い技術スキル（ソリューションアーキテクチャ、アプリケーション開発、インフラストラクチャ、データベース、データサイエンス、クラウドテクノロジー等）
• 先端デジタルテクノロジーの情報取得／学習に関心を持ち続ける方
• ビジネスマインドセット及びロジカルに物事を考えることができる方

【Senior / Staff】

• プログラミングスキル：以下のうち少なくとも1つでプロダクションレベルのコードを記述して設計できること：（１）Python（２）Java（３）C＃（４）C ++
• 専門知識：以下のうち2つ以上の知識を有していること：（１）ソリューションアーキテクチャ（２）アプリケーション開発（３）インフラストラクチャ（４）データベース（５）データサイエンス（６）クラウドテクノロジー
• 日本語または英語での書面および口頭による優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 個人に割り当てられた複数のタスクを管理・遂行できる能力

Requirements

[Manager]

• Project management experience, including project planning, managing budgets, and staffing project teams along with time management
• Experience in consulting and interacting directly with clients
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N1 or above) and English
• Ability to negotiate effectively with key stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to encourage collaborative work environments
• Broad technical skills (including solution architecture, application development, infrastructure, databases, data science, cloud technology)
• Candidates who maintain an interest in acquiring information and learning about advanced digital technologies
• Candidates who can think through things logically and with a business mindset

[Senior / Staff]

• Programming skills, specifically the ability to write and design production-level code with at least one of the following: (1) Python; (2) Java; (3) C#; and (4) C++
• Specialized knowledge of at least two of the following: (1) solution architecture; (2) application development; (3) infrastructure; (4) databases; (5) data science; and (6) cloud technology
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N1 or above) and English
• Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks assigned to you as an individual
