Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is looking for an experienced and energetic finance professional for the role of Senior Financial Analyst. This role supports the Sales and Operations organization, and you would be responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting the launch of new initiatives and will take a leadership role in defining new financial and operational processes. You will gain invaluable experience in this fast-track role, which offers extensive interaction with senior-level management.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute strategic business initiatives, providing analytical insight and performance analysis.
• Take a leadership role and work with management to define financial requirements for new product initiatives.
• Lead the development of revenue forecasts and business metrics reporting.
• Play a key role in the continued development of our worldwide budgeting and planning processes.
• Assist in the development of sales/ops compensation plans and career paths.
• Act as a liaison between the core Finance teams and the Sales/Ops teams, assisting with issues related to accounting, billing, payments, credit risk management, and tax.
• Participate in discussions and develop models to support company initiatives and/or financial decisions.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years financial analysis experience especially with revenue/cost/expense
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive complex operational initiatives.
• Demonstrated interest in financial analysis and a career in finance.
• Superior problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with management team.
