Responsibilities

• Be responsible for full lifecycle Project Manager for implementation of Software Products for world leading companies 
• Be involved from pre-sales faze to help win clients and create the statement of work.
• Create/Review project scope, schedule, delivery plan; validate any requirements, identify project dependence, risk and take responsibility for making sure all deadlines are met.
• Act as a team lead/coach to help guide other team members at the client side to successfully implement the software product.

• Native or fully fluent Japanese & Business Level English
• 6 - 15+ years of either internal or client facing Project Management experience with SAP, ERP, Supply chain management software or other complex software related implementation projects
• Strong understanding of Software development Lifecycle (SDLC) and are well experienced leading various software projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong communication skills as you represent the company.
• Ability to manage 2+ projects at a time.
