主な職務内容

• 金融機関のIT戦略・構想策定 - 経営課題や事業戦略を踏まえ、IT戦略、システム化構想、ロードマップの策定を支援
• 大規模システム刷新・モダナイゼーション - 基幹システムの更改や次世代アーキテクチャの検討、システム統合・移行プロジェクトを支援
• DX・業務改革の推進 - テクノロジーを活用した業務プロセスの改善、新規サービスの企画、デジタルトランスフォーメーションの実行を支援
• プロジェクトマネジメント・PMO - 大規模なシステム導入や変革プロジェクトにおいて、計画策定、進捗・課題管理、関係者間の調整を推進
• 生成AI・AI活用戦略の策定 - 金融ビジネスにおけるAI活用ユースケースの検討、活用ロードマップの策定、データ活用基盤の整備を支援
• データ分析・アナリティクスの活用 - 金融リスクモデルの高度化、機械学習の活用、顧客行動分析などを通じて、意思決定や業務の高度化を支援

In this role, you will work on IT strategy, large-scale system modernisation, digital transformation, project management, generative AI, and data analytics initiatives.

• IT Strategy & Technology Roadmaps: Develop IT strategies, system modernisation plans, and technology roadmaps aligned with the business objectives of banks, insurance companies, and securities firms.
• Core Banking & System Modernisation: Support large-scale legacy system replacement, next-generation architecture design, system integration, and migration projects within financial institutions.
• Digital Transformation & Business Process Improvement: Drive DX initiatives, streamline business processes, and support the development of innovative digital financial services.
• Project Management & PMO: Lead or support complex technology implementation projects, managing project planning, progress tracking, risk identification, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Generative AI & AI Strategy: Identify AI use cases within financial services, develop AI adoption roadmaps, and support the implementation of data-driven business solutions.
• Data Analytics & Financial Risk Modelling: Apply machine learning, advanced analytics, and customer behaviour analysis to improve financial risk models, business decision-making, and operational performance.
• New Service Development & Practice Growth: Contribute to developing consulting solutions, building internal knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and supporting the expansion of the consulting practice.
• Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with financial institutions, technology specialists, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.

• コンサルティングファームにおける、業務改革・システム変革などのプロジェクト経験
• 金融機関や金融関連企業における、新規サービス企画、システム企画、大規模プロジェクトのリード経験
• 金融機関向けの大規模基幹システム刷新におけるプロジェクトマネジメント、または次世代システムアーキテクチャの検討経験
• AI導入やデータガバナンスの構築・推進に関する経験
• コンサルタント／シニアコンサルタント
• 以下のいずれかの経験・専門性をお持ちの方。
• コンサルティングファームでの金融機関向けITプロジェクト経験
• 金融機関・金融関連企業でのIT企画、システム企画、システム関連プロジェクトの推進経験
• SIerなどでの金融機関向けプロジェクトにおける要件定義などの上流工程、または開発プロジェクトのPM／PL経験
• AI・データサイエンス関連の修士課程修了、またはデータ分析・アナリティクス領域の実務経験

Manager / Senior Manager: Proven experience in consulting, business transformation, technology strategy, or large-scale project management, with expertise in at least one relevant area.

• Financial Services Consulting: Experience delivering business transformation, IT strategy, or system modernisation projects within a consulting firm.
• Financial Institution Technology Leadership: Experience leading IT planning, system development, new service initiatives, or large-scale technology projects within banks, insurance companies, securities firms, or related financial organisations.
• Core System Modernisation: Experience managing major financial services system replacement projects, including next-generation architecture planning and implementation.
• AI & Data Governance: Experience implementing artificial intelligence solutions, developing AI adoption strategies, or establishing data governance frameworks.

Consultant / Senior Consultant: Relevant professional experience or specialist expertise in at least one of the following areas.

• IT Consulting Experience: Experience supporting financial institutions through technology consulting, system implementation, or digital transformation projects.
• Financial Institution IT Experience: Experience in IT planning, system strategy, technology implementation, or project delivery within a financial institution or financial services company.
• SIer & System Development Experience: Experience in upstream system development processes, including requirements definition, or PM/PL responsibilities on financial services technology projects.
• AI & Data Science Expertise: A master's degree in AI, data science, or a related field, or practical experience in data analytics, machine learning, or advanced analytical solutions.

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify complex challenges, develop hypotheses, and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with clients, technology specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
