職務内容
- 関西エリアの複数店舗のマネジメント
- 売上・利益・各種KPI達成に向けた戦略立案・実行
- 店舗運営、顧客体験向上、在庫管理の推進
- 市場分析および競合調査に基づく事業拡大施策の企画
- 新規出店・移転・改装プロジェクトへの参画
- 商業施設やビジネスパートナーとの関係構築
- ストアマネージャーおよび店舗スタッフの育成・評価
- 本社関連部署と連携した業務改善・プロジェクト推進
