Accounting Manager/ controller

・Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
・General ledger management, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
・Auditor and external advisor liaison; accounting standard selection (IFRS/US GAAP readiness)
・Manufacturing cost accounting (standard costing, inventory/WIP valuation, variance analysis)
・Collaboration with Manufacturing and Supply Chain on inventory and BOM-related accounting
・Bring accounting operations in-house and build scalable accounting processes
・AP, AR, expense reimbursement, fixed asset, and payroll accounting oversight
・Internal controls design, documentation, and operation
・Financial reporting framework development and governance
