You will lead QA activities for Technology & Telecoms work, shaping test strategies and test plans that help teams deliver reliable products. You will guide testing priorities across the Technology department and keep quality work clear, organised, and practical.

Description

• Lead QA activities and set clear testing priorities for assigned product work.
• Create and maintain test strategies that define test scope, approach, and key quality checks.
• Develop detailed test plans to organise testing activities and track planned coverage.
• Review product requirements and identify test scenarios that reflect expected user and system behaviour.
• Coordinate testing work across the Technology department to keep activities aligned with agreed plans.
• Record test results and share clear findings to support timely product decisions.
• Identify defects during testing and follow them through to resolution and retesting.
• Improve QA documentation and test planning methods to support consistent delivery.

Job Offer

• Temporary contract.
• Hourly salary of JPY 4000 to JPY 4500.
• Free meals at the cafeteria.
• Location: Tokyo.
