【仕事内容】
１、車載および太陽光発電インバータのシステムソリューションにおける適用シナリオ・顧客ニーズを深く理解し、電力回路開発を担当する。寄生回路、放熱、電力密度などの観点から分析を実施し、電力ソリューションおよび技術進化案を提案。電力変換技術分野の特許戦略を独立して推進する。
２、電源製品の設計開発におけるアーキテクチャ知識を活用し、インバータ製品分野の技術企画を単独で担当。製品設計と競争力分析を主導し、グローバル市場でのトップレベルな製品競争力を継続的に構築する。
【必須（MUST）】
・パワーモジュール応用・開発経験が 5 年以上あり、パワーデバイス、コンデンサ、インダクタ、ドライバの選定・設計に関する量産開発経験を保有すること。
・電力デバイス、コンデンサ、インダクタ、ドライバのレイアウト・設計について一定の理解を有し、単独で設計実施および設計指導が可能なこと。
【歓迎（WANT）】
・パワーモジュールの基礎的なプロセス知識を保有している方は優遇
・業務は日本語で実施可能であれば OK。英語または中国語でのコミュニケーションができる方は尚可
