・半導体分野における先行技術・新技術動向の調査・分析（論文・特許・学会・業界トレンド等）
・技術的観点から中長期ロードマップの策定、技術テーマ検討の支援
・経営層・技術責任者向け技術分析レポートや提案資料の作成
・社内 R&D 部門・事業部門と連携し、技術課題・開発方向性の整理
・学会・外部パートナーとの技術交流、社内への知見展開。必要に応じ、シミュレーション・技術フィージビリティ検討といった初期検証業務を支援

【必須（MUST）】
・半導体または関連分野での研究開発経験（デバイス / プロセス / 回路 / 材料 / パッケージング等）
・論文・特許などの技術文献を読み解き、自ら技術的考察・判断を実施した経験
・技術テーマを構造的に整理し、意思決定を支援する資料作成・プレゼンテーション経験
・日本語での業務遂行能力、英語技術文献の読解力
【あると望ましい（WANT）】
・下記いずれかの分野に専門性または強い関心をお持ちの方
-先端パッケージング（2.5D/3D、異種集積、熱対策など）
-先端材料（低誘電率材料、高熱伝導材料など）
-プロセッサ／メモリアーキテクチャ（CPU/GPU/NPU 等）
-AI/ML 関連ハードウェア、画像処理・演算技術
・技術企画、先行研究、技術戦略、産学連携の実務経験
