Job Description
Position: Project Leader / Senior Engineer
Salary: 45,000 - 70,000 THB
Location: Bangkok
Responsibilities
• Lead engineering activities for automotive development projects.
• Conduct and review technical studies, design evaluations, and engineering
deliverables.
• Provide coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing to junior engineers.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate resources to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with the HQ Japan engineering team and other stakeholders.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience using CATIA.
• Experience in automotive product development and component design.
• Strong leadership, project coordination, and mentoring capability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Japanese language proiciency (JLPT N3 or above) is an advantage.
