Job Description
Position: Service Engineer
Salary: Depend on experience
Location: Samut Prakan (Near Suvarnabhumi airport)
Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, and provide technical support for soldering automation machines at customer sites.
Perform machine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service support at customer sites.
Conduct machine operation training and provide technical consultation to customers.
Work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to support customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Visit customer sites for installation, maintenance, and technical support activities, both domestically and overseas.
Attend product training programs at regional offices within Southeast Asia to gain knowledge of new products and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
Strong communication in Thai and English (Japanese is an advantage)
Experience in automation machines, robotics, laser cutting and PLC is preferred.
Strong knowledge of machine operations and troubleshooting.
Able to travel aboard.
