Job Description
Position: Production Manager (Mold, Press)
Salary: 70,000 – 90,000 THB / month
Welfares: Bonus, Gasoline allowance and others
Location: Chonburi
Working Day: Monday to Friday (and Saturday as per company calendar)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a production team of approximately 40-50 employees.
Oversee daily operations to achieve targets in productivity, quality, delivery, and cost.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and solve production-related issues.
Monitor team performance, discipline, and workplace standards.
Coach, develop, and build the next generation of supervisors and team leaders.
Work closely with senior management to improve business performance and support future organizational growth.
Opportunity to develop into a broader management role in the future.
Qualifications:Experience in Press Manufacturing, Metal Stamping, Mold, or Tool & Die Management.
Strong understanding of production processes, die maintenance, and manufacturing operations.
Proven experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to improve productivity, optimize processes, and solve technical problems.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
