Job Description
COMPANY OVERVIEW
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support debt and equity fundraising activities.
Build financial models, investment memorandums, and lender/investor presentations.Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external advisors.
Monitor financing facilities, loan covenants, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate loan drawdowns, disbursements, and financing documentation.
Conduct market research on data centres, digital infrastructure, and capital markets.
Prepare management reports, fundraising updates, and financing dashboards.
Assist with IPO/listing readiness and corporate finance projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Treasury.
Experience in infrastructure, real estate, or data centre sectors is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of debt/equity capital markets and financial modelling.
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
