Job Description
主な業務内容
日本を中心としたアジアの生命保険・再保険案件（フロー再保険／ブロック再保険）の評価、デューデリジェンス、プライシングを担当。
案件のストラクチャリング、商業条件交渉、契約実行・クロージングまで一貫して関与。
シンガポール、ロンドン、バミューダ、ニューヨークの各チームと連携しながら、投資・ALM・リスク分析を含むディール全体を推進。
生命保険会社または再保険会社にて、5年以上のアクチュアリー経験をお持ちの方
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルで業務遂行が可能な方
生命保険商品、Valuation（保険負債評価）およびPricingの知識・経験をお持ちの方
高い分析力・問題解決能力に加え、Excelによるモデリングスキルをお持ちの方
FIA／FSA／FCIA等の資格保有者歓迎（資格取得途中の方も応募可能）
歓迎： 再保険、アクチュアリアルコンサルティング、M&A、Transaction Advisory、ALM、Capital Management経験、Prophet／AXIS、Python・R・VBA等のスキル。
給与：ご経験とスキルに応じて調整
目安：月額S$10,000-14,000（123－172万円相当）+ Bonus
