職務内容
- クライアントの課題や要望を整理し、検討すべき論点を明確にします。
- 戦略・変革に関するプロジェクトの進行状況を把握し、必要な対応を推進します。
- ヒアリング内容や調査結果をもとに、課題解決に向けた資料を作成します。
- プロジェクトに必要な情報を収集・分析し、検討内容に反映します。
- 関係者との打ち合わせを行い、論点や対応方針を整理・共有します。
- プロジェクトのタスクやスケジュールをモニタリングし、円滑な進行につなげます。
- 検討結果を分かりやすくまとめ、意思決定に必要な情報を提供します。
