A globally operating tech company is expanding its team in Japan, and is actively hiring full stack developers! Successful applicants will be assigned to projects or products based on their tech or industry expertise.

[EXAMPLES of RESPONSIBILITIES/ PROJECTS]

1) Bilingual Team Collaboration:

    Communicate technical plans, document workflows, and align priorities with

    cross-functional team members and stakeholders in both Japanese and English.

2) Full Stack Application Delivery:

    Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications and intuitive interfaces

    across frontend and backend tiers with clean, modular, and well-tested code.

3) Data & API Development:

    Design robust database schemas, build high-performance APIs, and integrate

    third-party webhooks and services.

4) Cloud Operations & Delivery:

    Configure CI/CD automated deployment pipelines, run applications in containerized

    cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and set up basic telemetry and alerts.

5) AI Tooling Adoption:

    Incorporate AI coding assistants into daily workflows and evaluate practical

    LLM-powered features to enhance user applications.

必須条件/REQUIREMENT

- English AND Japanese communication skills: used internally and externally

- 3 to 6 years of professional full stack software development

- Practical experience with relational databases

- Solid backend development skills in at least one modern language such as Node.js, Python, Go, Java, etc

- Solid frontend frameworks experience

- Practical knowledge of cloud platforms and Docker

- Practical experience with: AI/LLM APIs, Typescript, GraphQL, Kubernetes, and other specialities
