A well-established global investment bank is seeking an Investment Banking Division (IBD) Associate to join its Tokyo team. • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Support the execution of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, contributing to corporate finance advisory assignments.

• Equity Financing: Support equity capital raising activities and related investment banking transactions.
• Cross-Border Transactions: Work on international corporate finance assignments involving Japanese and overseas markets.
• Corporate Finance Advisory: Contribute to transaction-related analysis and advisory activities across M&A, debt financing, and equity financing.
• Transaction Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to support the delivery of domestic and international investment banking transactions.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 日本国内の投資銀行、法人銀行、または戦略コンサルティングファームにおけるコーポレートファイナンス実務経験 2年以上
• 社会人経験5年まで
• コーポレートファイナンス、企業財務、金融取引、日本のビジネス環境に関する実務的な知識

• 論理的思考力、問題解決能力
• コミュニケーション能力
• 正確・速に業務を遂行する能力
• IBDで長期的なキャリアを築く意欲

• 日本語： ネイティブレベル

• Minimum 2 years of corporate finance experience gained at an investment bank, corporate bank, or strategic consulting firm in Japan.
• An early-career professional profile with no more than 5 years of total professional experience.
• Practical understanding of corporate finance, financial transactions, and the Japanese business environment.
• Ability to contribute to M&A advisory, debt financing, equity financing, or related corporate finance assignments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an interest in complex financial transactions.

• Direct experience supporting M&A transactions, debt financing, or equity financing.
• Exposure to cross-border corporate finance transactions involving Japanese and international companies.
• Previous experience working with corporate clients on financial or strategic advisory assignments.
• Familiarity with the Japanese investment banking and capital markets environment.
