■業務内容
ご入社いただいた際は、データセンターにてお客様からのシステム運用に関する様々な要求に対応するサービスデスク業務をお任せします。
お客様に多種多様なサービスを提供する世界データセンターでのお仕事です！
新入社員研修もあるので安心してご就業いただけます！
現在、活躍している社員のほとんどが未経験で入社しました！
■具体的には
・電話・Email・カスタマーポータルの受付管理（リクエスト、インシデント等）
・問い合わせの窓口対応(内容により関係箇所へのエスカレーション)
・データセンター入退室のエスコート
・鍵の貸し出し管理
・各種報告書の作成、報告
★社内規定に基づき契約社員での入社となります

初年度は契約社員としての雇用となりますが、”毎月”正社員登用の制度があります。希望やスキルに応じて、正社員へのチャレンジが可能。実際に希望者の90％以上が正社員に登用されています！
