Japan Finance Director - 23m
Overview
Our client is seeking a Japan Finance Director (new opened position).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy and operations for Japan market
- Manage multiple teams
- Collaborate with APAC senior leadership
- Oversee M&A transactions and due diligence in Japan
Requirements:
- Experience as Finance Director (mandatory)
- M&A transaction experience in Japan (at least one is mandatory)
- Experience in retail or medtech industries is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluency in Japanese and business English
- Experience managing teams
