金融機関向けAIプロダクトの戦略立案・機能企画・開発推進を担うシニアPdMポジションです。
事業責任者や開発チームと連携しながら、プロダクトの成長と事業拡大をリードします。

職務内容
- 自社プロダクトの戦略立案・推進
- 顧客課題のヒアリングおよび要件整理
- プロダクトロードマップの策定・管理
- 新機能やサービス改善施策の企画
- 開発チームと連携したプロダクト開発推進
- 開発プロセスおよび組織運営の改善
- 技術検証・PoC推進
- 導入支援および顧客活用促進
- プロダクト価値向上に向けた施策立案
- 部門横断でのプロジェクト推進・調整
