AIを活用した法人向け自社プロダクトの企画・開発を主導し、顧客課題の整理から機能設計、開発推進まで幅広く担当するポジションです。エンジニアやビジネス部門と連携しながら、プロダクト戦略の立案や開発プロセス改善を推進し、サービス成長を牽引します。

職務内容
自社SaaSプロダクトの戦略立案および開発推進を担当する。
顧客ヒアリングを通じた要件整理や機能企画をリードする。
スクラム運営や開発プロセス改善を推進し、組織全体の開発効率向上に貢献する。
