- 組込みハードウェアの直行率（FPY）向上と製造工程品質の改善
- 製造パートナーと連携した原因分析（RCA）・是正予防処置（CAPA）
- サプライヤー・工程監査の計画・実施

求める経験
- 組込みシステムまたは電子機器製造における品質保証経験
- RCA/CAPA・監査の実務経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語、業務で使える英語
- Python／C++／bashの経験は歓迎

A Japan-headquartered robotics company is hiring a QA Engineer to own manufacturing quality for its embedded products — the controllers and pendants that power robots across global logistics and factory sites.

What you'll do
- Drive first-pass yield (FPY) and manufacturing process quality for embedded hardware
- Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA with manufacturing partners
- Plan and run supplier and process audits

What you bring
- QA experience in embedded systems or electronics manufacturing
- Hands-on RCA/CAPA and audit experience
- Business-level Japanese or higher and working English
- Python, C++ or bash scripting a plus
