日本本社のロボットOSは世界中の物流・製造現場でロボットを制御しています。本ポジションでは、倉庫・工場システム全体の大規模シミュレーションを通じてOSを検証するための、プロダクション品質のソフトウェアを開発します。

主な業務

- Pythonによるテスト自動化・検証フレームワークの設計・開発

- ロボットシステム全体の大規模シミュレーション実行と不具合の早期発見

- OS・ロボティクス開発チームと連携した信頼性向上

求める経験

- プロダクション品質のソフトウェア開発経験（スクリプト作成のみは不可）

- Linux環境でのPython／Pytestによるテスト自動化

- 分散システムの経験（ロボティクスフレームワーク・シミュレーション経験は歓迎）

- ビジネスレベルの英語必須、ビジネスレベル以上の日本語歓迎

Simulate entire warehouses — and prove the robots will work before they ship.

A Japan-headquartered robotics OS platform controls robots in real logistics and factory systems worldwide. As a Senior Software Engineer in Validation & Simulation, you'll build the production software that tests the OS through large-scale simulation of full warehouse and factory systems.

What you'll do

- Design and build production-grade test automation and validation frameworks in Python

- Run large-scale simulations of complete robotic systems to catch issues early

- Work with core OS and robotics teams to raise reliability release after release

What you bring

- Strong production software engineering — systems, not just scripts

- Python test automation (Pytest) on Linux

- Distributed systems experience; robotics frameworks or simulation a plus

- Business-level English; business-level Japanese or higher preferred
