日本本社の産業用オートメーション企業（ロボティクス）が、ロボットハードウェアの企画から製品終息までを担うプロダクトマネージャーを募集します。

主な業務

- 新規ハードウェア開発の方向性策定と製品化推進

- ODM/OEMメーカー・サプライヤーとの協業、サプライヤー品質管理

- 部品ライフサイクル管理（BOM、生産中止・EOL、PCN対応）

- 外部試験機関と連携した規格適合・認証対応

求める経験

- ハードウェアPM、製品技術、戦略調達いずれかで3〜6年

- OEM/ODM・部品ライフサイクル/BOM管理の実務経験

- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語

- ロボティクス・自動化業界経験は歓迎

Own the hardware behind the robots that run real warehouses and factories.

A Japan-headquartered industrial automation company (ロボティクス) is looking for a Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of its robotics hardware — from new product development to end-of-life.

What you'll do

- Set direction for new hardware development and turn requirements into buildable products

- Partner with ODM/OEM manufacturers and suppliers, including supplier quality

- Run component lifecycle management: BOM, obsolescence, EOL and PCN response

- Coordinate compliance and certification testing with external labs

What you bring

- 3–6 years in hardware product management, product engineering or strategic sourcing

- Hands-on OEM/ODM and component lifecycle/BOM experience

- Business-level Japanese or higher and professional English

- Robotics or automation background is a plus
