Job Title: R&D / Mechanical Design Engineer (Precision Measuring Instruments)
Core Responsibilities
Conceptual & Detailed Design: Develop and execute conceptual design, basic design, and design evaluations for articulated 3D measuring machines.
Design Reviews: Organize, lead, and facilitate Design Reviews (DR).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing and assembly teams.
Product Development: Formulate project plans and proposals for new product developments, modifications, and customized engineering solutions.
Key Equipment & Focus
Product: Articulated 3D measuring equipment (essential machinery used primarily in automotive research, development, and production line testing).
Scope: Handling custom-tailored client specifications and specialized builds.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Technical: Experience with Structural Analysis (構造解析経験)
Leadership: Experience as a department or project leader/manager (部署やプロジェクトのリーダー経験)
