Enterprise Architect for English speaker

As Enterprise Architect, you will define and lead the architectural direction across multiple product teams within the ERP organization. You will help create a more unified engineering organization by building alignment, setting architecture strategy, and influencing teams across countries and offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and foster a community of architects and technical leads across ERP product teams.
• Act as a chief facilitator, leading through influence across three countries and multiple offices.
• Define the division-wide architecture vision and strategy, and drive its execution.
• Mentor engineers in architecture and technical design.
• Contribute to the creation and review of technical specifications and designs across the division.
• Join the company-wide architects community and participate in central engineering initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Architecture and systems design: strong knowledge of distributed systems patterns and domain-oriented microservices, with hands-on experience leading large-scale migration and refactoring projects.
• Proven experience designing high-throughput, low-latency, resilient cloud-native systems, including multi-tenant data isolation, event-driven architectures, microservices, and API-first platform design.
• Expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern CI/CD pipelines, including zero-downtime releases.
• Experience with FinOps and large-scale cloud cost optimization.
• Deep knowledge of API design and end-to-end API lifecycle ownership.
• Proficiency in generative AI and advanced tools to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery, including hands-on experience establishing agentic workflows to improve engineering efficiency.
• Hands-on experience structuring scalable data pipelines; working with transactional and analytical databases (SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases); and securely integrating AI/ML workflows into product features.
• Experience designing and reviewing zero-trust architectures, with practical knowledge of compliance and secrets-management patterns.
• Leadership and influence: experience coaching Staff/Principal Engineers, standardizing architecture, and facilitating alignment across teams.
• Strong spoken and written English to ensure clarity and alignment across distributed, cross-functional teams. Communication skills are as important as technical expertise for this role.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• A track record of leading architects and engineers in a mid-sized product company or a larger organization.
• More than 10 years of experience in a software architect or similar role.
