Department Introduction：English Part
With 130 members located in headquarter in Japan the Procurement team is one of the largest procurement organizations in the country. The goal of the Procurement group in Japan is to achieve a benchmark material cost position and continuous supply at the highest quality level in close collaboration with the R D Production and Quality departments.
・ Driven by the vision of creating the benchmark Supplier Networks and Supply chain solutions we at TT/G （Trucks Technology Group） work closely with innovative suppliers to bring the next generation of technology within our products. Our key contribution includes working towards sustainable cost efficiency to provide a competitive edge to our products and businesses.
・ We lead negotiations with Global suppliers and finding the best most competitive and innovative solutions to fit the needs of Daimler Trucks world wide.
・ We create synergies by collaborating with other purchasing colleagues and peers in other Daimler Trucks Purchasing locations. You will have continuous interaction with your colleagues and business partners from India Indonesia Germany USA Brazil China and Turkey in other procurement units in Daimler trucks.!
・ We are a diverse team that constitutes a high number of international staff （coming from 10 different nationalities）.

【業務内容】
■プロジェクト運営：
・ 戦略的プロジェクトを運営管理、ステアリングコミッティへの定期報告
・ パフォーマンス指標、予算、タイムライン、マイルストーンの管理
・ プロジェクト運営にあたる障害を特定し、各ワークパッケージリーダーやプロジェクトオーナー、支援者と協力しながら率先して解決策を見出す
■管理・統制と報告:
・ プロジェクト統制のための枠組みを構築
・ 幹部や利害関係者ステークホルダーへの報告資料準備、ダッシュボード管理、意思決定のための資料の準備とプレゼンテーション
・ プロジェクトステアリングコミッティの運営
・ 戦略的プロジェクトに関係する購買プロセスやシステムを管理し、効率的でプロアクティブな購買活動が出来るようバイヤーを支援
・ プロセス・システムの100%コンプライアンス遵守を確保
■利害関係者管理:
・ 協力、互いのリソースの調整を行いながら部門横断的なチームと連携
・ 幹部役員とプロジェクトチームとを結ぶ重要な役割を担う
■リスク管理とリスクの軽減計画:
・ プロジェクト運営にあたるリスクを見出し、軽減計画を立案
・ 確実な実行に移す戦略の立案
■継続した改善:
・ プロジェクトの結果を分析し、将来の戦略的プロジェクト計画の改善に繋げる
■M Aプロジェクト 、 カーブアウトと相乗効果のワークパッケージをリード:
・ それぞれのビジネスユニットの購買サブワークパッケージを管理運営し、確実な実行計画が備わった相乗効果達成目標を描く

Job Description：English Part
■Project Overview Steering:
・ Steer and monitor the strategic projects through regular reviews and Steering Committees.
・ Track performance metrics budgets timelines and milestones.
・ Identify roadblocks and proactively develop solutions in collaboration with work package leads Project Owners and Sponsors.
■Governance Reporting:
・ Develop and maintain project governance frameworks.
・ Prepare and present executive reports dashboards and decision support materials to senior leadership and stakeholders.
・ Facilitate project steering committee meetings.
・ Managing Procurement processes and systems relevant to the strategic projects and support buyers efficient and productive business practice.
・ Ensuring the 100% Compliance of Processes Systems.
■Stakeholder Management:
・ Coordinate cross departmental teams to ensure collaboration and resource alignment.
・ Act as a key point of contact between senior executives and project teams.
■Risk Mitigation Plans:
・ Identify and mitigate risks across projects.
・ Strategies to drive successful execution and implementation.
■Continuous Improvement:
・ Analyse project outcomes to inform future strategic planning and improve project steering processes.
■Merger and Acquisition Projects ・ Carve Out Synergy Work Package Lead:
・ Steering the procurement sub work packages of the respective busines units / verticals. Ensure the appropriate Synergy Strategies target picture with the robust implementation roadmap.

■学歴:
経営・経済・工学、購買/サプライチェーンマネジメント、プロジェクト管理またはそれに類似する領域で学位以上を取得していることが望ましい.
■業務経験:
自動車業界での職務経験、特に購買、サプライチェーンマネジメントの経験、また子会社や海外での業務歴があることが望ましい.
部門横断的なチームや外部の利害関係者管理をリードした経験
会社方針を反映した購買・サプライチェーン戦略を立案、実行に移す、戦略的思考を必要とする
自動車業界特有のグローバルな環境のため、国際的な購買・サプライチェーンを管理した経験があるとより望ましい
プロジェクト運営において必要とされる予算管理、コスト削減のため、財務指標の深い理解が必要
コンプライアンスとリスク管理：購買業務における必要事項や標準の理解とサプライチェーン管理の経験を深く考慮する
■望ましい技能/能力：
日本語と英語のバイリンガル （会話）.
プロジェクト管理・デジタル化やデジタルトランスフォーメーション
戦略実行、ビジネストランスフォーメーション.

■Education/Training:
A bachelor’s/advanced degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration Engineering Procurement Supply Chain Management Project Management is preferred.
■Experience:
Working experience at automotive industries especially Procurement Supply Chain Management roles within automotive companies including subsidiaries and overseas is highly desirable.
Experience in leading Cross Functional teams and External Stakeholders relationship management.
The role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies with the company’s overall objectives.
Given the global nature of the automotive industry experience in managing international procurement and supply chain is valuable.
A strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage the budgets and optimize the costs are important for this role.
Compliance and Risk Management: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to procurement operations as well as experience in managing supply chain risks are important considerations.
■Special knowledge:
Bilingual in Japanese and English （spoken）.
Project Management Digitalization and Digital Transformation.
Experience in strategy execution project/program management or business transformation is added advantage.
